CMC Discovery Camp
The Children's Museum of Cleveland (CMC) offers summer camps for kids ages 4-6 years old, featuring engaging weekly themes. Campers will enjoy a week (Monday-Friday) of exciting theme activities and engaging Museum play to support their learning all summer long. Our half-day camps run from 8:30am-12pm each day.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing at least two weeks in advance of the camp start date to receive a refund. A $50 cancellation fee per person will be deducted from the refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks in advance are not eligible for a refund.

Superhero
Science
Camp
When: June 9th-13th

Calling all superheroes! Campers will use their super powers to examine fingerprints, solve puzzles, create slime, and more as we try to stop the Mysterious Museum Mischief Maker! Little heroes will expand their scientific knowledge and imagination in this hands-on experience.
Camps are open to children who will be between the ages of 4-6 at the time of camp.
Messy Masterpiece

When: June 23rd-27th

Let your imagination run wild as we create our own masterpieces! Campers will learn about the elements of art and explore mediums like paint, pastels, charcoal, and more. Campers will create their own art pieces to showcase their skills throughout the week.
Camps are open to children who will be between the ages of 4-6 at the time of camp.
Kitchen Chemistry

When: July 7-11th
8:30am-12pm daily

At Kitchen Chemistry Camp, food is for playing! Campers will explore and experiment with common kitchen ingredients and tools as we use our math and science skills to measure, mix, and create something new. Some of the experiments may even end up being a tasty treat!
*Due to the small camp size, we are not able to make substitutions for food allergies. Recipes include common allergens such as gluten and dairy.

Pirate Explorer

Ahoy mateys! Set sail on the high seas as we travel the globe discovering the continents of the world. Campers will become official pirates making hats, telescopes, and more as they travel around the world to learn about different animals, countries, and cultures through stories, crafts, and songs.

Making Masterpieces

When: August 4th-8th

Calling all builders and makers! Campers will have the opportunity to flex their creativity and learn about engineering concepts in this art camp. Explore different tools and materials to tinker and create. Campers will design a building, sculpt with clay, create textiles, and more.
Camps are open to children who will be between the ages of 4-6 at the time of camp.
