The Children's Museum of Cleveland (CMC) offers a variety of discounts and programs to make the Museum more accessible to all families. All of the active programs and discounts that we offer are listed below.

At this time, CMC does not offer discount programs for child care centers, youth groups, scout troops, camps, athletic or religious groups. 

Museum For All:


Program: We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn through play at CMC. Through our Museum For All program, families receiving government assistance in the state of Ohio can visit the museum anytime during normal operating hours for a reduced rate of $2 per person for a group of up to 4 people.

How to Access: For in-person ticket purchases, the guest must show an active form of Ohio government assistance as well as a matching ID to receive discounted admission through this program.

Proof of government assistance such as an EBT card must be shown upon arrival for verification. Please bring an ID as well as proof of state of Ohio government assistance such as an EBT or WIC card along when you visit the museum. The name on the ID and benefits card must match. If you cannot provide these materials, you will be charged the full admission fee.**This discount is not valid for school groups or other rentals.

Access Family Memberships:


Program: The neighborhood directly surrounding The Children's Museum of Cleveland has the highest child poverty rate in the City of Cleveland. To make our space as accessible as possible for families within our neighborhood, CMC offers FREE Access Family Memberships to families currently residing within the following neighborhoods: Central, AsiaTown, MidTown.

Dads Count Program:


Program: With support from the Cuyahoga County Fatherhood Initiative, Cuyahoga County fathers and male caregivers can visit the Museum with their families for FREE through our monthly Dads Count program. 

How to Access: CMC offers monthly opportunities for free admission through this program. Eligible families can visit the Museum for FREE through our Dads Count program any time within the monthly date range. To access free admission, visit the Museum with a male caregiver on a Dads Count date and mention Dads Count at check-in. Proof of Cuyahoga County residency must be provided.  The monthly Dads Count dates will be announced via our newsletter, so be sure to subscribe here.

Military Discount:


Program: Families with an active military ID receive $2 off admission per immediate family member.

How to Access: Military ID must be shown at the time of ticket purchase to apply the discount.
