Whether you lived through the 90's or just wish you had, now's your chance to relive the era of bright colors, big vibes, and even bigger nostalgia!
Join us for Grownup Recess: 90's Throwback, an unforgettable adults-only night where The Children's Museum of Cleveland transforms after hours into a blast-from-the-past playground. Get ready for an evening filled with classic 90's energy, with retro games, iconic music, throwback snacks, and hands-on fun in our eight exhibit spaces.
Show off your best 90's style, strike a pose at our themed photo-op, get nostalgic with slap bracelet decorating, beaded keychains, and cootie catcher making. Play classic games like Twister, Bop-It, and Pretty Pretty Princess, and belt out your favorite 90's jams in our karaoke lounge.
Proceeds from this event benefit the Museum's Wonder Fund, supporting our free and reduced admission programs to make the magic of CMC accessible for all children.

Calling all grownups! Whether your own prom left you filled with nostalgia or the memories deserve a re-do...now's your chance to recreate the magic!
Join us for our second annual Prom Rewind, an unforgettable night where The Children's Museum of Cleveland comes to life after hours in all its prom-night glory. Get ready for an evening of glitz, glamour, and playful nostalgia, where you can dance the night away, enjoy delicious drinks, and create lasting memories in our eight exhibit spaces.
Dress to impress in your finest formal wear and enjoy a night filled with music, games, and photo ops, with a sprinkle of childhood wonder. Guests will enjoy dancing, karaoke, yard games, and craft stations complete with corsage making and photo frame decorating.

Step into the shadows of our historic mansion after dark, without the kids! Come out and celebrate spooky season at this adults-only Halloween bash at The Children's Museum of Cleveland. Explore the Museum's exhibits after hours, grab a drink, and let loose with karaoke, creepy crafts, ghoulish games, and more. Costumes are highly encouraged!
